		<description>This is such a good idea.  This bill is new hope for the many people that are facing foreclosure on their upside down homes.  There really is no incentive for a family to delay walking away from an upside down home.  This bill would help homeowners.  It would also help banks avoid foreclosure, which is huge expense for them.  This definitely would be a win - win situation for everyone. I sincerely hope this bill passes.</description>
